It seems like the world has ended for gamers since the release of Android 8 Oreo, most games there on the internet doesn't play in their device in exception of the ones available in the Google play store "even some games in the Google play store some times have the same problem with the one downloaded from a third party site"
However, it turns out that the most interesting action games in the Google play store has a price tag attached to it and thus, some of these games are online games and I'm pretty sure that most people don't fancy online games despite the alluring features and great graphics it may bring.
For instance, my self - I never liked online games because it drains battery, not just that but it costs data but of recent I start developing interest for online games because you'll meet many team online willing to go to war with you "what an experience".
Back to modern Combat 4 "MC4", I've searched and browsed many blogs to download the game for my Android device which runs on Android 8 Oreo but almost all the games I downloaded was not opening ''Modern Combat 4 Keeps Stopping". Luckily for me, I reported this issue in a gaming group I was a member in and someone forwarded the Modern Combat 4 "MC4" to me and boom! It worked.
The fact remains that I've played the game and completed the missions as well but that was on a device running on Android 4.4 KitKat. Playing it again in another OS isn't a bad idea right? Ahmmm, yeah, I guess.
Nevertheless, I'm not going to share the story mode of Modern Combat 4 "MC4" with you and if you really need to read it then you can visit play store for that. However, am only going to share with you the working apk and data of Modern Combat 4 which runs on both Android 8 Oreo and other OS like Nougat, Marshmallow, Lollipop and of course, KitKat etc.

As you can see in our Featured image, you'd notice that we tested it with Infinix Hot S3 which also runs on Android 8.0. However, clear both the Data and cache data, uninstall it then install again. Don't open it after installation, just click Done. Look for a device to connect to its Hotspot, connect and then launch the game.
DeleteSecondly, the Data file of the game should be in the obb folder inside phone storage. Make sure you move the Data file first before launching the game. Try out thus procedure and please do give us your feedback

However, make sure that you're not connected to any form of internet connection "Wi-Fi or Data" because if you do, then you'll get a pop-up message asking you to update to latest version.
